Janet Small - The cakes we ordered for our son’s night before wedding dinner, were wonderful!!  It was hard to pick a favorite.  We had chocolate cherry, almond amaretto, lemon blueberry and Italian lemon.  My husband’s favorite was the chocolate, and I had a hard time picking a favorite, but I think it came down to the Italian lemon.  All of the cakes were moist and flavorful and looked like a special treat, as they were.  The Italian lemon had a refreshing lemon taste both in the cake and the icing and the texture  melted in your mouth!!  The almond amaretto had a refined taste and good almond flavor.  The chocolate cherry and lemon blueberry were also a hit.  All were favorites!!  Thank you, Lisa, for a special dessert for a special night.

Cristie Ricciotti - I love lemon, but wasn't sure about poppyseed - I bought one anyway, and loved it!! Very moist cake, excellent flavor and that little bit of sweet, crunchy outer layer was an awesome surprise. Really so good! Looking forward to trying other flavors. Great to buy for a special occasion or just because you want a cake in the house (which was the case for me!). I think the Lemon Poppyseed would be really nice for a ladies' gathering/girls' night in with tea and coffee! Thank you, Lisa!

Lauren  Heckert- I am one lucky guy!  Lisa asked my wife and I to be taste testers of her three cakes she made for Thanksgiving.  They are the most moist cakes with great flavor! Loved the chocolate cherry one.
